He has led the efforts of over $22 billion in insurance, investment and annuity sales. 

In addition, Phil has been a partner in a large IMO, a Broker Dealer and an RIA, which gives him unique insight and crossover experience. Phil holds his insurance license and held his series 7, 63, 24 and 66 licenses.
